  4. Cut to the shape and size you want
  5. Place the filling of your choice in the middle and wet the edges of the dough with a little water to help it stick.
  6. Close the pastry by pressing a fork to the edges.
  7. Fry in very hot oil;
  8. Let the excess oil drain on a paper towel or napkin and that's it.
