- Mate tea or black tea2 unit(s)
- Boiling water250 ml
- Hot milk50 ml
- Orange or lemon1 coffee spoon
- Orange or lemon zest to taste
- Place the tea bags in a cup and add the boiling water. Cover for 3 minutes.
- Remove the sachets, add the broth and the orange or lemon zest.
- Add the hot milk. Sweeten to taste.
- Serve with Scones, the English biscuits. There's a recipe on my profile!
