Olive oil to taste
Lemon to taste
Salt to taste

Wash the eggplants and let them drain.
In a skillet place the eggplants and cover, when they are grilled remove from the heat.
In a bowl, place the finely chopped or crushed garlic and the rest of the sauce ingredients. Mix well.
Mount it however you like. A great option to taste with toast.
