Modo de preparo: corte em 4 o tomate e a cebola e coloque na churrasqueira pra dourar, depois em uma panela de ferro, coloque azeite, manjericão, galhos de tomilho, alho picado, alho poró picado e abobrinha em cubos. Refogar bem depois colocar o sal e a pimenta do reino e estalar os ovos por cima de tudo, dispor o tomate e a cebola por cima e regar com azeite. Prontinho, só comer com seu pão italiano.
