- Wheat Flour500 g
- Oil4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Cheese500 g
- Ham500 g
- Water to taste
- In a cambuca add the water, flour, salt and oil.
- Mix the ingredients until a dough forms (add more water or flour if necessary).
- After kneading the dough, let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll out the dough until it is very thin.
- Using a glass, cut the dough so that it is identical to pastry dough.
- Cut the filling into squares (cheese and ham)
- Add it to the middle of the already cut dough.
- FRYING
- Add at least two fingers of oil to a pan and let it heat up.
- Once the oil is hot, fry the dough to your liking.
