  • Wheat Flour500 g
  • Oil4 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Cheese500 g
  • Ham500 g
  • Water to taste
  1. In a cambuca add the water, flour, salt and oil.
  2. Mix the ingredients until a dough forms (add more water or flour if necessary).
  3. After kneading the dough, let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough until it is very thin.
  5. Using a glass, cut the dough so that it is identical to pastry dough.
  6. Cut the filling into squares (cheese and ham)
  7. Add it to the middle of the already cut dough.
  2. Add at least two fingers of oil to a pan and let it heat up.
  3. Once the oil is hot, fry the dough to your liking.
