Stale bread

Corte o pão em pedaços pequenos, coloque-os em uma assadeira untada com óleo.
Rale o presunto e o queijo no pão. 

Cut the bread into small pieces, place them on an oiled baking sheet.
Grate the ham and cheese on the bread.

Adicione a cebola selvagem. Bata os ovos com água com gás, sal, pimenta e orégano.


Add the wild onion. Beat the eggs with sparkling water, salt, pepper and oregano.


Regue o pão, presunto, queijo e cebola com a mistura resultante.


Baste the bread, ham, cheese and onion with the resulting mixture.


Coloque um pouco de azeite por cima. Asse em forno pré-aquecido a 200°C/392° F por 25 minutos.


Put some oil on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C/392°F for 25 minutes.
