- grated mozzarella cheese200 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 cup
- Oregano to taste
- In a bowl, mix the oregano, mozzarella and cream and set aside.
- Put the butter in a pan and let it melt.
- Cut the buns into rounds
- Dip them in the mozzarella cream and place them in the pan with the melted butter.
- Let it brown on one side then turn the other.
- If you wish, you can mix the mozzarella with mayonnaise, it's also great.
