- Puff pastry250 g
- Ground beef300 g
- grated cheese150 g
- Tomato sauce50 g
- paprika to taste
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Pepper to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Salt to taste
- Finely chop the onion. Fry for 5 minutes over moderate heat, adding salt.
- Add the minced meat to the onion and add the black pepper. Fry for 12 minutes over moderate heat.
- Add the tomato puree, paprika and thyme.
- Place part of the mixture over the filo pastry, grated cheese and take two sheets of filo pastry and roll up.
- Bake in a pre-oiled pan for 3 minutes over moderately low heat on each side.
