Misture bem a farinha e a manteiga até virar uma farofa
Acrescente o ovo e uma boa pitada de sal e misture bem até virar uma massa uniforme, não sove muito e deixe aproximadamente meia hora na geladeira. 
E o recheio você faz a seu gosto.
Asse em forno pre aquecido a 180° por uns 40 minutos.


Mix the flour and butter well until it turns into crumbs.
Add the egg and a good pinch of salt and mix well until it becomes a uniform dough, do not knead too much and leave for approximately half an hour in the fridge.
And the stuffing you make to your liking.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 40 minutes.
