- Smoked pepperoni2 unit(s)
- mini potato200 g
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- French or Italian bread4 unit(s)
- Cut the smoked pepperoni 1 finger thick so they don't dry out
- Cut the mini potato into 5mm thin slices so they don't take long to bake
- Mount on toothpick alternating potato and pepperoni
- Melt the butter and mix the oil and garlic, brush over the skewers
- Bake in Air Fryer for 10 minutes at 200°C. Flip the skewers and brush more butter and garlic and bake for another 10 minutes or until the potato is golden brown.
- Cut the buns into slices and brush the butter with garlic and bake in the Airfryer for 7 min or until golden. Best toast ever, seriously!!!
