  • Wheat Flour (approximately)400 g
  • Margarine2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  • Ground beef500 g
  • Gem for brushing1 unit(s)
  1. Prepare the minced meat to taste. You can also stuff it with chicken with catupiry, cheese and ham, shrimp, pepperoni, heart of palm or whatever you want.
  2. In a bowl, mix: cream, salt and margarine.
  3. Gradually add the wheat flour, until it is ready to open with a rolling pin.
  4. Roll out the dough onto a flat area with a rolling pin. Fill with the filling of your choice.
  5. Close the dough and cut the pastries with the help of a cutter or glass.
  6. Put the pastries and a greased refractory, brush with yolk.
  7. In a preheated oven at 180 degrees, bake until golden. And it's ready to serve hot, or warm.
