- onion cream30 g
- butter150 g
- yolk diluted in a little water1 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste
- Gather all the ingredients;
- Place the flour and onion cream in a bowl, and mix;
- Make small balls with the dough, transfer them to a mold, brush them with egg yolk diluted in water, sprinkle with oregano, and bake the cookies in a preheated oven at 200º C for about 10 to 15 minutes or until they are golden;
- Now it's just serving. Enjoy!
- You can store your onion biscuits in a jar with a lid, or serve them next to a cold cuts board, for example. Caprice and enjoy!
