  • Milk200 ml
  • Yeast1 unit(s)
  • Oil2 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 to taste
  1. Put the warm milk in a bowl and then add the yeast and mix well.
  2. Then put the rest of the ingredients, leaving only the flour... mix everything very well
  3. Gradually add the flour and stir with a spoon until you can knead it by hand.
  4. Start kneading and adding flour little by little, until the dough no longer sticks to your hand (this is the point)
  5. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin, or if you don't have a rolling pin, shape the dough into a baguette bread and place it in a greased shape with butter.
  6. Make cuts over the dough (use a knife)
  7. Cover the mold with a cloth and let it rise for 30 to 40 minutes.
  8. After the dough rises, mix an egg and a little milk and brush over the dough, and you can bake it at 180 degrees for approximately 30 min.
