- warm milk250 ml
- oil250 ml
- margarine1 tablespoon
- wheat flour1 kg
- salt to taste
- cooked sausages to taste
- Cook and cut the sausages into 6 pieces, vertically and horizontally.
- In a bowl, place the milk, oil, eggs, margarine, sugar, salt and yeast and mix well.
- Add the wheat flour little by little, stirring until you get a homogeneous mass that comes off your hands.
- Knead the dough well and let it rest for about 1 hour.
- Take small portions of dough, roll it out, cut it into a rectangle and roll the piece of sausage in the dough.
- Put the rolls in a shape. No need to grease.
- Brush lightly beaten egg yolks and place in preheated medium oven until golden.
