- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the oil until foamy. Add the cake mix (in this recipe I used the chocolate one, but you can make other flavors, such as the vanilla mixture adding pieces of white chocolate, walnuts, chestnuts). Let's mix well until you get the point of curling. If necessary, add another tablespoon of oil. Add the drops or chopped chocolate and roll up, about the size of a ping pong ball. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 8 minutes. The cat's jump.. don't let it bake too much. It's perfect when it starts to crack and gets dry.. take it out of the oven and let it cool. Very tasty with cold milk. Use creativity and make your cookies in different flavors
