- Chicken broth (cook the chicken and use the broth)3 cup
- Unleavened Wheat Flour3 cup
- Chicken seasoning powder (sachet)1 unit(s)
- Margarine or butter1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella cheese300 g
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Cold water for breading to taste
- Bring the chicken broth to the boil, with the seasoning and the margarine or butter. You can use leftover chicken broth, or prepare cooked chicken to taste to use the broth in this recipe.
- When it boils, add the wheat flour all at once.
- Stir and cook well until it degrades from the bottom of the pan.
- Transfer the dough to a plate and let it cool down a bit.
- Knead the dough well to get a smooth dough.
- Open a portion of the dough, put a piece of cheese, roll it up to form a ball.
- Dip in ice water and breadcrumbs.
- Fry in hot oil. You can freeze too.
