- Recipe
- Sweet peas400 g
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Milk90 ml
- Water90 ml
- Oil45 ml
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Oil (for frying) to taste
- Put the milk, oil, water in a pan and let it boil until it boils.
- Place the peas in a large bowl and add the sugar and salt then mix well.
- Add the mixture you put to boil (still hot), mix and wait for it to cool.
- After the dough has cooled, add the whole eggs and mix by hand (solving type).
- Note: The dough should not stick to the hand. If the dough is soft add more flour little by little and if it crumbles add one more egg.
- Shape the cookies any way you like.
- Put the oil in the pan and add the cookies (with the oil still cold).
- Turn the stove on low heat and wait for the dumplings to fry on one side and then turn on the other side.
- Note: To fry the other batches of cookies ALWAYS wait for the oil to cool down again.
