Ingredients
Recipe

Sweet peas400 g
Salt1 teaspoon
Sugar1 tablespoon
Milk90 ml
Water90 ml
Oil45 ml
Eggs2 unit(s)
Oil (for frying) to taste

Put the milk, oil, water in a pan and let it boil until it boils.
Place the peas in a large bowl and add the sugar and salt then mix well.
Add the mixture you put to boil (still hot), mix and wait for it to cool.
After the dough has cooled, add the whole eggs and mix by hand (solving type).
Note: The dough should not stick to the hand. If the dough is soft add more flour little by little and if it crumbles add one more egg.
Shape the cookies any way you like.
Put the oil in the pan and add the cookies (with the oil still cold).
Turn the stove on low heat and wait for the dumplings to fry on one side and then turn on the other side.
Note: To fry the other batches of cookies ALWAYS wait for the oil to cool down again.
