Em uma vasilha adicionar o ovo, o açúcar,  o leite, e mexa bastante com o auxílio de um fouet, por mais ou menos uns dois minutos, depois disso , vá adicionando a farinha aos poucos e mexendo.

Em uma panela acrescente o óleo, e qdo ele estiver quente, com o auxílio de uma colher vá colocando os bolinhos para fritar, escorra em papel toalha, passe no açúcar e canela, ou açúcar de confeiteiro, ou açúcar gelado. Raspas de limão ( opcional ) 

In a pan, add the oil, and when it is hot, with the help of a spoon, place the dumplings to fry, drain on paper towels, pass in sugar and cinnamon, or icing sugar, or iced sugar. Lemon zest (optional)
