- Boiled Potato500 g
- Chicken cooking water1/2 l
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Chicken breast1 unit(s)
- Chopped seedless tomato1 unit(s)
- Colorau1 tablespoon
- Chopped green smell1/2 cup
- Chopped Onion1/2 cup
- Milk1/2 l
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs200 g
- Oil1 l
- For the filling: Cook the chicken breast Reserve the cooking water
- Shred the chicken well, add paprika, parsley, tomato, onion and salt to taste mix and reserve
- Cook the potato and reserve
- For mass: Add the milk, the water from the cooking of the chicken, the margarine, salt to taste in a large pan. When this mixture starts to boil, gradually add the wheat flour, mixing until the flour is completely dissolved. The point is when the dough starts to come off the pan.
