When it starts to boil add all the wheat at once and lower the heat.

Stir until you unglue the bottom of the pan.

Despejar a massa em uma bancada e sovar ainda quente

Pour the dough onto a bench and knead while still hot.

Recheie com frango desfiado temperado a gosto (ou qualquer outro recheio de sua preferência)

Stuff with shredded chicken seasoned to taste (or any other filling you prefer)
