Em uma panela coloca um fio de óleo ou azeite o alho refoga e despeja a carne seca mistura coloca o pimentão a cebola e o tomate deixa refogar

coloca uma caixa de creme de leite uma lata de seleta de milho e ervilha misturada, coloca a azeito e mistura tudo deixa mais dois minutos de cozimento e acrescente  o cheiro verde e mistura e desliga o fogo e deixa esfriar
