- Squid Rings200 g
- Wheat flour4 tablespoon
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Ketchup1 tablespoon
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise1 tablespoon
- Oil for frying500 ml
- Season the squid rings with salt and pepper and toss in the flour.
- After passing in the flour, light to fry in hot oil quickly
- Serve with rose sauce, just mix mustard ketchup and mayonnaise
