  • Wheat flour 1 and a half cup1/1/2 cup
  • Warm milk100 ml
  • Dry yeast5 g
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  1. Whisk together the coamo wheat flour, sugar, yeast and milk.
  2. Whilst hitting the mixer, add the egg and the butter, let it beat for 10 minutes to knead or knead by hand.
  3. After beating, let it rest for 1 hour. Open and shape with a cutter or glass, once more
  4. let rest for another 1 hour and fry over immersion. Finish by dipping in the topping, made with milk and powdered sugar mixed together.
