- 3 cups of water600 ml
- 1 teaspoon of salt5 g
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika4 g
- 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning7 g
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil7 ml
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour250 g
- Cooked chicken breast, shredded and seasoned400 g
- Cream cheese200 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- 1/2 cup of milk100 ml
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- In a pan add the water, salt, paprika, chicken seasoning, olive oil, and stir.
- Bring to a boil and add the wheat little by little, stirring constantly.
- Cook the dough very well, stirring constantly, until the dough is smooth and homogeneous, about 7 to 10 minutes.
- Grease a container, place the dough, cover with plastic and let it cool.
- For the stuffing, mix the already cooked, shredded and seasoned chicken breast with the curd and set aside.
- To shape the drumsticks, take the lid of a manual juicer, turn it upside down, grease it with oil and place a portion of the dough.
- Shape the dough according to the lid design, taking care that the dough does not tear.
- Place a portion of the stuffing inside the hole and cover with a little more dough, shaping so that the edges are well closed. Remove excess dough from around and repeat the process with all the dough.
- Dip each snack in the egg mixed with the milk and then in the breadcrumbs.
- Fry in not too hot oil until lightly golden. Help yourself.
