  • 3 cups of water600 ml
  • 1 teaspoon of salt5 g
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika4 g
  • 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning7 g
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil7 ml
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour250 g
  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded and seasoned400 g
  • Cream cheese200 g
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • 1/2 cup of milk100 ml
  • Breadcrumbs to taste
  1. In a pan add the water, salt, paprika, chicken seasoning, olive oil, and stir.
  2. Bring to a boil and add the wheat little by little, stirring constantly.
  3. Cook the dough very well, stirring constantly, until the dough is smooth and homogeneous, about 7 to 10 minutes.
  4. Grease a container, place the dough, cover with plastic and let it cool.
  5. For the stuffing, mix the already cooked, shredded and seasoned chicken breast with the curd and set aside.
  6. To shape the drumsticks, take the lid of a manual juicer, turn it upside down, grease it with oil and place a portion of the dough.
  7. Shape the dough according to the lid design, taking care that the dough does not tear.
  8. Place a portion of the stuffing inside the hole and cover with a little more dough, shaping so that the edges are well closed. Remove excess dough from around and repeat the process with all the dough.
  9. Dip each snack in the egg mixed with the milk and then in the breadcrumbs.
  10. Fry in not too hot oil until lightly golden. Help yourself.
