- Small unpeeled apple (without the core) roughly chopped1 unit(s)
- Orange pear cut without peel, seeds and bitter parts1 unit(s)
- Thin slice of ginger3 unit(s)
- Filtered water350 ml
- Ice cream bags6 unit(s)
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well until smooth.
- Pass the liquid through a sieve and place in ice cream bags, tie tightly.
- Place in the freezer until completely frozen.
