Diced Bacon1 tablespoon
Seed mix (linseed, chia, sesame, pumpkin and sunflower only)1 tablespoon
Ground Black Pepper to taste
Sea Salt to taste
Olive oil1 teaspoon

Beat the eggs in a bowl using a fork.
Add the other ingredients except the bacon and olive oil and mix well.
In a non-stick frying pan, heat the oil and fry the bacon well.
Add the egg mixture and cook over low heat until cooked and golden brown. Serve immediately.
