- Tapioca Gum3 tablespoon
- Quark or cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Diced Bacon1 tablespoon
- Seed mix (linseed, chia, sesame, pumpkin and sunflower only)1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- Olive oil1 teaspoon
- Beat the eggs in a bowl using a fork.
- Add the other ingredients except the bacon and olive oil and mix well.
- In a non-stick frying pan, heat the oil and fry the bacon well.
- Add the egg mixture and cook over low heat until cooked and golden brown. Serve immediately.
