  • Unleavened Wheat Flour1 kg
  • Milk powder3 tablespoon
  • Egg3 unit(s)
  • Margarine3 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Hot water100 ml
  • Organic Baking Powder30 g
  • Sugar1 cup
  • Oil1 cup
  • grated cheese50 g
  1. In a refractory, add half of the wheat flour and reserve the rest. Add sugar, yeast and stir. Then add the hot water and stir once more. Add oil, salt and eggs. Start kneading and add the rest of the wheat flour, until you get a smooth and elastic dough. Knead well, for approximately 15 minutes, as this is the great secret. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  2. after having completed the necessary time, it is time to shape the buns. Grease your hands with margarine and shape each bun into a round shape. Place on greased and floured trays. Cover the rolls and let them rest for 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 20 minutes or until golden.
  4. To finish, melt margarine and with the help of a brush pass the rolls and sprinkle grated cheese.
