3 or 4 carrots

Crystal sugar

Medium eggs

Wheat flour

Chemical Yeast

Sour cream

Condensed milk

Chocolate powder

Delicious and fluffy carrot cake

No liquidificador bata a cenoura picada, os ovos, o óleo e o açúcar. Bata bem até perceber q não tem cenouras inteiras. 

In a blender, beat the chopped carrots, eggs, oil and sugar. Beat well until you notice that you don't have whole carrots.

Em um recipiente coloque a mistura do liquidificador, peneire a farinha de trigo por cima e mexa cuidadosamente,  misturando tudo muito bem. Misture o fermento.  Coloque na forma e leve pra assar em temperatura de 240° por cerca de 40 minutos 

In a container, place the blender mixture, sift the wheat flour on top and stir carefully, mixing everything very well. Mix the yeast. Place in the mold and bake at 240° for about 40 minutes.

Quando retirar o bolo do forno espere ficar morno para comecar a desenformar, se o fizer com ele quente pode esfarelar e quebrar e Aguarde cerca de 20 a 30 minutos para começar a fazer a calda. 

When you take the cake out of the oven, wait for it to get warm to start unmoulding, if you do it with it hot it can crumble and break and wait about 20 to 30 minutes to start making the syrup.

Leve ao fogo o creme de leite, o leite condensado e o chocolate em pó, mexendo sem parar até engrossar. Deixe esfriar um pouco e va cobrindo todo o bolo e espalhando pelos lados. Jogue o restante da caldo no meio do bolo

Bring the cream, condensed milk and chocolate powder to a boil, stirring constantly until it thickens. Let it cool a little and cover the whole cake and spread it on the sides. Pour the rest of the broth in the middle of the cake.
