- Mashed banana1 unit(s)
- Mixed gluten-free flours or just chickpea flour3 tablespoon
- Olive oil3 teaspoon
- Pinch of Salt to taste
- Peanut Butter to taste
- Banana cut into slices2 unit(s)
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Honey to taste
- In a bowl, mash the banana
- Add the flour, olive oil or a pinch of salt and mix until a dough forms.
- Place in culpcake molds and bake at 180 degrees in the airfryer for 7 minutes. If you bake it in the oven, the time is longer.
- Remove from airfryer and fill with can of peanuts.
- Add sliced bananas, sprinkle cinnamon and a little honey on top!
