  • Japanese Cucumber1 unit(s)
  • Vinegar1/4 cup
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Water1/2 cup
  • Salt2 tablespoon
  1. Cut the Japanese cucumber into slices, you can cut it by hand or pass it on a mandolin
  2. Season with plenty of salt and leave in a Pandora for 20 min to drain all the liquid.
  3. Then wash the cucumbers well to remove the salt and dry well.
  4. In a pan, bring the water, sugar and vinegar to a boil, as soon as it boils, turn it off, wait to cool down and add it to the cucumber.
  5. Finish with sesame, you can consume it immediately or leave it preserved to consume
