- Zucchini1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt and seasoning to taste
- Rice Flour to taste
- Cut the zucchini into thin slices and set aside;
- In a bowl put olive oil, salt and seasonings of your preference, mix and pass the zucchini slices;
- Finish breading in rice flour. Put it in a non-stick pan, (put the slices side by side, do not place them on top).
- Take to preheated oven 250 degrees for approximately 30 minutes.
