  1. Cut the carrots into sticks
  2. put in a glass
  3. Add water until the carrots are covered. To prevent them from rising, make a “lid” with sliced carrots or cabbage leaves, cabbage… It is important that the sticks do not come into contact with the air
  4. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, lemon juice and bay leaves.
  5. Put the lid on the glass, without closing it completely
  6. Wait 2 to 6 days for the fermentation to take place outside the fridge… it is important during the process, to feel the aroma, observe the color, check the fermentation bubbles.
  7. Close the glass and refrigerate
  8. Serve snacks to accompany the games!
