- Cut the carrots into sticks
- put in a glass
- Add water until the carrots are covered. To prevent them from rising, make a “lid” with sliced carrots or cabbage leaves, cabbage… It is important that the sticks do not come into contact with the air
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt, lemon juice and bay leaves.
- Put the lid on the glass, without closing it completely
- Wait 2 to 6 days for the fermentation to take place outside the fridge… it is important during the process, to feel the aroma, observe the color, check the fermentation bubbles.
- Close the glass and refrigerate
- Serve snacks to accompany the games!
