Oat bran1 cup
Grated coconut (or coconut milk residue)1/2 cup
Flaxseed Flour1/4 cup
Chestnut1/4 cup
Peanut1/4 cup
Honey or molasses2 tablespoon
Peanut Butter1 tablespoon

Break the chestnuts and peanuts with the help of a knife.
Mix all the dry ingredients and add the paste and honey. Shake well.
Place in a greased shape and bake in preheated oven 210 for about 40 minutes. Stir during this time about 3 times so it doesn't burn.
Allow to cool before storing and place in a tightly closed container, preferably glass.
