- Oat bran1 cup
- Grated coconut (or coconut milk residue)1/2 cup
- Flaxseed Flour1/4 cup
- Chestnut1/4 cup
- Peanut1/4 cup
- Honey or molasses2 tablespoon
- Peanut Butter1 tablespoon
- Break the chestnuts and peanuts with the help of a knife.
- Mix all the dry ingredients and add the paste and honey. Shake well.
- Place in a greased shape and bake in preheated oven 210 for about 40 minutes. Stir during this time about 3 times so it doesn't burn.
- Allow to cool before storing and place in a tightly closed container, preferably glass.
