- Béchamel sauce200 ml
- Gruyere cheese50 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Spread a generous amount of béchamel sauce on two slices of bread.
- Add a slice of ham and another of cheese and add a little béchamel sauce over the cold cuts.
- Close the snacks with the other slices of bread and finish with more béchamel sauce and top with grated gruyere cheese
- Place in a preheated oven at 180g for browning (if your oven has a grill, use it to brown the cheese)
- While the gratin snacks, fry the egg and leave with the soft yolk. The difference between the snacks is only the egg, which goes over one of the snacks called croque madame.
