- Fine pepperoni sausage600 g
- oil for frying Toothpick . How I prepared: Peel and cut the potatoes into very thin slices as if they were potato chips. (I used the grater) . Cut the sausage to a size that fits on each potato sheet, then roll each piece inside each potato sheet and secure with toothpicks. . Fry them in hot oil until golden. Then drain on paper towels and serve.
