Panko farofa

Crispy zucchini sticks

Corte as abobrinhas em palitos. Coloque a farinha de trigo em um bowl, os ovos batidos em outro e a panko em outro. Tempere os ovos e a panko com da e pimenta. 

Cut the zucchinis into sticks. Place the flour in one bowl, the beaten eggs in another and the panko in another. Season the eggs and panko with da and pepper.

Passe os palitos na farinha de trigo, seguido pelo ovo e depois pela panko. 

Dip the sticks in the flour, followed by the egg and then the panko.

Asse na air fryer até ficar bem dourado.
