- Mix the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla essence.
- Gradually mix the flour and yeast
- In a skillet, heat the oil over low heat.
- And with the help of two tablespoons add portions of the mixture
- When one side is golden, turn the other
- When both sides are golden brown, place on a paper towel-lined container to drain excess oil.
