- Asterix potato sticks500 g
- Oil0 to taste
- Salt0 to taste
- Sanitize the potatoes and cut into thin sticks - wash well until you remove all the starch.
- Dry the potatoes well with a clean cloth and set aside.
- In a deeper pan or frying pan put enough oil to fry the potatoes under immersion - with the pan and oil cold, spread all over the potato and give it a stir - bring to a low heat.
- When it starts to fry, stir it carefully and let it brown.
- Remove and let excess oil drain - serve warm.
