- Black and white sesame1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Mozzarella2 tablespoon
- Whisk everything together with a fork. Then grease the pan with oil or butter.
- Spread the sesame seeds and place the little mixture you hit on top. After roasting one side, turn and place the mozzarella.
- Cover to melt and serve while still hot.
