- water01 tablespoon
- cherry tomato10 unit(s)

- Standard Minas cheese200 g
- Basil leaves to taste
- coconut oil01 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- In a container add the egg, salt, fine herbs, water, the tapioca dough, mix. Grease a frying pan with oil, add the crepioca mixture, let it bake on one side, then turn and bake the other, set aside. Add the cheese to the skillet and let it fry until golden, then just assemble the crepioca, add the cheese, tomatoes and basil leaves. Serve it hot! Suggestion of fillings: shredded chicken with ricotta cream, cheese and turkey breast, tuna, ground beef…
