  • Tapioca flour3 tablespoon
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  1. In a cup, with a spoon, mix the tapioca flour and eggs.
  2. Pour this mixture into silicone molds (Cupcake or similar. It doesn't matter what shape.)
  3. Place in the airfryer for approximately 8 minutes. High power.
  4. Sometimes, take a look. Your crepioca will be ready when it is golden on the outside.
  5. If you want, you can flip and brown the other side.
  6. When you finish the process, wait for it to cool a little, take it out of the silicone mold carefully and serve.
