  1. In a container place the 2 tablespoons of the sifted tapioca dough, the egg, the curd and add a pinch of salt. Mix well until it forms a light cream. Prepare the stuffing of your choice, in this recipe I used 1 slice of mozzarella cheese, 1 slice of tomato, 1 Pinch of oregano and 1 slice of ham. To bake the dough you will need a non-stick frying pan, you don't need to use oil, just heat the frying pan and pour the dough. Immediately add the stuffing so you can also do the cooking. When golden, turn the side, after that just close like a tapioca and your crepioca is ready! For side dishes you can use salad, olive oil or whatever you prefer!
