  • Olive oil7 tablespoon
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Onion thinly sliced2 kg
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese200 g
  • Ground black pepper1 unit(s)
  • Sour cream2 can(s)
  • Chopped Green Olives1/2 cup
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Milk5 tablespoon
  • Yeast1 teaspoon
  • Wheat flour3 cup
  • Egg Yolk1 unit(s)
  1. Take a pan and heat 2 tablespoons of sweet oil, melt the margarine and sauté the onion until wilted, then turn off the heat and set aside.
  2. Add the Parmesan cheese, pepper, 1 can of whey-free cream, olives and salt and set aside to cool.
  3. Prepare the dough in a bowl, add the rest of the cream, the eggs, the rest of the oil, the milk, the yeast and the wheat flour and knead the dough.
  4. Open the dough and put it in an ungreased shape, after putting the stuffing on it and over the stuffing place 2 eggs beaten with salt and cover with the rest of the dough, after brushing with an egg yolk
  5. Place in the oven, preheated, at 200º for 40 minutes or until golden.
