- In a bowl, beat the eggs with a whisk.
- With the pan on low heat, add the eggs and butter.
- Stir until all the butter is melted in the middle of the eggs, always involving everything.
- Add salt to taste.
- Turn off the heat once the mixture is homogeneous. Don't let it become a mess!
