- Mayonnaise4 tablespoon
- Quality cream cheese6 tablespoon
- Crushed Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Grated Mozzarella100 g
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Freeze the buns for half an hour, this makes it much easier to cut without destroying them.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until it becomes a paste. Reserve.
- Cut the French bread in such a way that it forms small slices, but without letting go of each other (as in bought garlic bread).
- Pass the paste between the slices and then covering all the breads. Be generous, huh?!
- Grate the Parmesan over the buns. Place on the grill or in the preheated medium oven and bake until crisp and the cheese melts.
- Serve immediately to the crowd during a game in Brazil, it's sure to be a success!
