French bread6 unit(s)
Mayonnaise4 tablespoon
Quality cream cheese6 tablespoon
Crushed Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
Grated Mozzarella100 g
Grated Parmesan to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

Freeze the buns for half an hour, this makes it much easier to cut without destroying them.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until it becomes a paste. Reserve.
Cut the French bread in such a way that it forms small slices, but without letting go of each other (as in bought garlic bread).
Pass the paste between the slices and then covering all the breads. Be generous, huh?!
Grate the Parmesan over the buns. Place on the grill or in the preheated medium oven and bake until crisp and the cheese melts.
Serve immediately to the crowd during a game in Brazil, it's sure to be a success!
