Milk4 cup
Cornmeal1.5 cup
Wheat flour3 tablespoon
Grated Parmesan Cheese2 tablespoon
grated coconut2 tablespoon
Butter2 tablespoon
Baking powder1 tablespoon
Eggs3 unit(s)
Cinnamon powder to taste
Brown sugar1 cup

Mix all ingredients in a blender!
Place on a greased and floured baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 35 minutes.
It's creamy on top and cake on the bottom. It gets dark because of the brown sugar, but it can be made with white sugar.
When you take it out of the oven, sprinkle cinnamon!
